Elim is a Paralegal in our Real Estate & Projects team whose focus is on Post-Exchange/Completion.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Elim worked for a law firm in Plymouth specialising in investment property. Elim’s work involved assisting on freehold and leasehold purchase, sale and remortgage transactions with an emphasis on buy-to-let and HMO properties.

University of Plymouth, 2017-2021, Law LLB (2:1)

Personal

In his spare time Elim enjoys travelling and following the sport, in particular Formula 1 and football, as a Chelsea supporter.
