RIGHT TO SHARED OWNERSHIP: Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities issues new guidance for tenants

DLUHC issued a press release and new guidance on 22/12/2022 for tenants concerning the “Right to Shared Ownership” at the following links:-

This follows on from on the initial DLUHC guidance issued for Registered Providers back in September 2020, and the details set out by Homes England in the Capital Funding Guide. At first glance, there seem to be some potential issues that require clarification that we will raise with Homes England and report back on in more detail in the new year.
