We have advised over 20 registered housing provider groups on their registration with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
In most cases this has been for consumer credit business but an increasing number have sought registration for regulated mortgage contracts. We have advised these clients more generally on FCA compliance in relation to their agreements, advertising, on-going communications and conduct of business.
