Alice is a Partner in our Banking, Governance and Corporate team.
Alice qualified into the Banking, Corporate and Governance team in October 2014 having completed her training contract at Devonshires Solicitors. Alice advises on a wide range of transactions including bond issues, private placements, financial due diligence, loan security arrangements, intra-group funding on the banking side.
Alice has also advised many Registered Providers consumer credit regulation, assisting with applications and variations for FCA permissions, advice on how to avoid regulation and on remaining compliant when regulated.
Alice graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in English and Philosophy before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP College in Holborn.
Alice enjoys most sports and is on the lookout for her next half marathon. Her enthusiasm for football, and Liverpool FC, is confined to the armchair.
Alice is also a keen musician and sings with the Devonshires choir at charitable events and competitions.

Alice advised L&Q on the establishment of its EMTN Programme and first issue of Notes.
Alice advised Abri Group on its consumer credit permissions in connection with the restructure of the ex-Radian and Yarlington entities, including the transfer of regulated loans and updating and aligning the group FCA permissions.
Alice advised Stonewater on its US Private Placement and on-lending agreements.
She worked on the finance aspects of the Accord – GreenSquare merger, advising on the consents required from the funders to both groups and on the restatement and consolidation of the loans and private placements for the group going forward.
