Imposing office working: How to manage employees refusing or reluctant to return to the office

In this interactive webinar, Andrew Allen QC and Patrick Tomison from Outer Temple Chambers and Katie Maguire, Partner at Devonshires, will be discussing what employers can do to manage employees who are refusing or reluctant to return to office working.

This will include:

  • Considering the contractual position, including any amendments made during lockdown and whether such amendments are deemed to be temporary or permanent;
  • Investigating the concerns/reasons for the employees refusal or reluctance to return, including the need to consider medical evidence and reasonable adjustments;
  • Flexible working requests;
  • Disciplinary action; and
  • Review of recent relevant tribunal decisions.

You will have an opportunity to ask the experts questions during this webinar.
