Amicus Horizon and Viridian have merged to form Optivo
Devonshires acted for Amicus and Viridian on their successful merger, which took place on Monday 22 May 2017. The amalgamated organisation, called Optivo will become one of the UKs largest housing associations in the UK with 44,000 homes across London, the South East and the Midlands, and an annual turnover of £306m.
