bpha has secured a new £75 million loan facility with Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
bpha is a housing association based in Bedford serving the counties to the North and West of London and has a strong track record in delivering new homes. It has c18,000 properties mostly located between Oxford and Cambridge.
bpha recently agreed the 10-year revolving credit facility with the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi. This notable transaction is one of the bank’s few loans to the social housing sector.
Julian Barker, Head of Finance at Devonshires, commented: “We are delighted to have worked with bpha in securing new finance on attractive terms, to be used for its ongoing development pipeline”.
