BIM in Housing was established in 2018 as an interactive workshop that brings together developers/owners from Local Authorities, Housing Associations and their supply chains to understand the issues they are encountering, how Better Information Management (BIM) can help and provide practical tips and advice.

Join this Operational Risk Management Workshop; providing real life scenarios to be discussed at the roundtable session hosted by George Stevenson – Activeplan

Hear Ye, Hear Ye … gather round and help divine what information will be required to satisfy the Safety Case by joining……King BIM d’Risk and becoming a Knight of the Round Table; supporting the Quest to see Dame Judith Hackett’s Golden Thread making safe the Tallest Towers of the Realm.

We invite attendees to join this interactive workshop, focusing on identifying:

  • Life safety risks: fire, health, structural;
  • Property protection risks: water leaks, security, lifts and;
  • Risks to occupation: heating & electricity failure.
The discussion will focus each of these three topics from an operational perspective, led by the George Stevenson, covering actions and critical time-lines.
