The session will benefit housing management and leasehold professionals whose work includes managing estates where there are one of these companies in place. The presence and involvement of these companies can prove challenging for the landlord, particularly where the company is not being properly run. This session looks at how each type of company comes to be in place, what that means for the landlord and what steps landlords can take in circumstances where the company is not acting appropriately.
