The Devonshires Care Team invites you to join our webinar on 19 October 2021 in which we will discuss:
- The legislation making it mandatory for care workers in CQC registered care homes to be fully vaccinated; and
- The Government consultation on whether such legislation should be extended to other health and care settings.
This will be an interactive session in which we will look at how the regulations will lead to significant staff shortages in care homes. We will discuss the redeployment of staff who are not fully vaccinated and measures that those within the care sector are putting in place to gather evidence of staff vaccination and prepare for the rollout to other visitors and contractors.
As well as listening to what we have to say, you will hear from others within the sector and will have the opportunity to discuss how this is impacting your care homes and what you are doing to ensure you are ready for 11 November 2021 as well as to understand the scope of the Consultation and assist with the preparation of a response.
