| Rent regulation is not always as straight forward as it should be, but with the increasing power of the regulator it is important to be sure of the requirements. We are running a second webinar for asset owning local authorities focused on the rent standard, policy statement, the role of the regulator and your responsibilities. Altair and Devonshires will examine these policies, the key challenges to compliance and what they mean for your rent setting. While assessing the essential requirements, the session will also provide useful insight on areas of the standard which are most difficult to get right.
