Upon implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, specific provisions will apply to supported accommodation. This webinar will bring you up to date on the new provisions and we will be highlighting the steps that need to be taken now, in preparation of implementation, which is currently set for 1 December 2022.
