Mary specialises in tenancy matters including possession, breach of tenancy and subletting. She advises landlords in relation to their capacity as landlords under long leasehold blocks of flats.

Mary is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of issues, arising from secure, assured, assured shorthold and rent act tenancies and a knowledge of the relevant legislation.

Mary has a background in both residential and commercial property matters, advising in relation to matters concerning the electronic communications code pertaining to telecommunications apparatus on land, to landlords with large residential portfolio nationally.
