Areas of Expertise
Pauline advises on a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, PFI issues (primarily facilities management contracts regarding matters such as performance deductions, unavailability, disputes between subcontractors), prison law, regulatory investigations, IT disputes, fraud, insurance disputes and asset recovery. Pauline has acted in numerous inquests, primarily for former members of the military. Pauline acts for a wide range of clients including private companies, Registered Providers, individuals and regulators.
Pauline has experience in a range of different courts and methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Experience
Prior to joining Devonshires Solicitors, Pauline worked in retail banking in Paris before completing her training contract with a full-service regional law firm.
Education
Pauline graduated from Oxford University with a BA in History, before completing her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.
Personal
Pauline is a native French speaker and able to provide advice in French on matters of English law. Pauline enjoys pub quizzes and travelling.
