She has assisted clients with large scale, complex data sharing arrangements which have included the processing of data overseas.
Joanna Bouloux, Partner, Real Estate & Projects
Joanna leads on Devonshires’ IT contracts work. She has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law matters, and regularly provides specialised advice to both customers and suppliers of IT solutions. Joanna’s expertise spans a wide variety of IT contracts; drafting and negotiating both standard terms, bespoke agreements, support contracts, and managed service agreements. Joanna is also experienced in assisting clients with various intellectual property matters, including licenses and assignments and is experienced in working with external parties in IP applications and challenges.
