Marie Smale, Solicitor, Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Marie advises on a broad range of disputes including contractual claims, shareholder and director disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency claims, fraud and asset recovery. Prior to joining Devonshires, Marie undertook contested probate work including high value and multi-jurisdictional trust disputes, claims under the Inheritance Act and testamentary capacity claims.
