About the Speakers:
Hetal is a specialist in the area and her experience covers all aspects of information. She advices on data breaches, making representations to the ICO and enforcement action from the ICO. She has assisted clients with large scale, complex data sharing arrangements which have included the processing of data overseas. Hetal also leads the information team.
Samantha is part of the Information Team at Devonshires and has expert knowledge of the law relating to data protection. She advises on all manner of data queries including subject access requests, disclosure and transfer of data as well as conducting litigation in respect of data breaches. Samantha also drafts and conducts reviews of all manner of policy and data related documents.
