Areas of Expertise
Adam works in the construction department, researching, drafting letters, and providing advice for a variety of clients. This ranges from contractual obligations and liquidated damages, to fire safety regulations.
He also writes articles concerning practical developments in the construction field. This covers new case law, regulations, pilot schemes, and governmental developments, to name a few, with the information being distributed to clients to ensure that they are kept up to date with the varied and constant changes in construction law.
Prior to Devonshires, Adam completed his BPTC and LLM, as well as securing pupillage with 2 Harcourt Buildings. Before converting to law, he studied history at UCL.
Adam graduated from UCL with a BA in History, before completing his GDL, BPTC, and LLM at BPP Law School.
