Ahead of implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 on 1 December 2022, the Welsh Government has announced further Regulations over the last few days.

On 30 May 2022 the Welsh Government announced that they would be postponing the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (the Act) until 1 December 2022. The implementation date will no longer be 15 July 2022.
