Devonshires’ London banking team, governance team and property charging team are delighted to have advised Pobl Group Limited on all aspects of the reorganisation of their registered social landlord businesses to form one combined RSL with a loan portfolio of approximately £600 million comprising new debt and the restructuring of existing financing arrangements.
