On 1 April 2023, we saw the introduction of the ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (TSMs). The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) now requires all social housing landlords to publish their performance on the TSMs every year. Landlords with 1,000 or more homes will have to submit their data to the Regulator.
