In July 2020 we published an overview of the then Draft Building Safety Bill.
Since that date, the Government has consulted widely with the construction industry and key stakeholders. The culmination of this has been a revised Building Safety Bill which was published on 5 July 2021 and is before both Houses of Parliament.
