L-R: David Bullock, Stavrina Tofallis, Samantha Grix, Philip Evans, Charlotte Sawyer, Karen Morean, Hetal Ruparelia, Anna Bennett.

We are delighted to announce that we have promoted eight Solicitors to Partner, bringing our total Partner count to 51.

Four Solicitors are promoted from our Real Estate & Projects team: Charlotte Sawyer, David Bullock, Philip Evans, and Stavrina Tofallis.

From Housing Management and Property Litigation, Samantha Grix, Hetal Ruparelia, and Anna Bennett are promoted, as is Karen Morean from our Construction team.

The promotions follow a period of growth, which has seen us open an office in Birmingham with the arrival of Gemma Bell from Penningtons Manches Cooper, together with three other lawyers specialising in advising on Corporate, Regulatory and Governance issues. In addition, we have made a number of senior lateral hires into our Banking, Governance and Corporate team, with the arrival of Matthew Waters from Bevan Brittan and Helen Curtis from Gannons.

Philip Barden, Senior Partner, says: “Congratulations to all eight of our newly-promoted partners. The future success of the firm will be in their hands, so it is gratifying and reassuring to welcome ambitious, driven and hard-working lawyers to the partnership. It’s an exciting time for us.”
