Areas of Expertise

David has considerable experience advising on a wide range of commercial property matters. He counts institutional and private investors, business owners, lenders, landlords and tenants amongst his clients. He also advises on site acquisitions and development work for a number of Registered Providers.

David qualified as a solicitor in 2014. Prior to joining the Real Estate & Projects department of Devonshires, he was the lead commercial property solicitor and office-manager at a boutique law firm in St John’s Wood.

David graduated from the University of East Anglia with an LLB in Law and French Law, before completing his LPC at BPP in Holborn.

David and his wife like to travel, as much as their jobs will let them! His favourite places visited in the last twelve months are Canada, the Big Sur, and Iceland. When not working or overseas, David can be found pottering around the house doing DIY and making furniture.

David was awarded the ‘BPP Award for Outstanding Leadership in Pro Bono Activities’ in 2012, by BPP Law School.
