Tilly is a Solicitor in our Construction, Engineering & Procurement team, specialising in non-contentious construction.
Tilly trained with Devonshires and qualified in March 2025. During her training contract she completed seats in Real Estate and Projects, Housing Management and Property Litigation, and non-contentious Construction.
Olivia Woolnough, Associate, Construction & Engineering
Olivia qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022 and joined the Construction team at Devonshires in July 2024. Olivia previously worked in-house for a large design & build contractor before joining the Construction team at an international law firm. She has experience acting for both developers and contractors, advising on construction documents including JCT contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
