Alastair has substantial experience in M&A, private equity, general corporate governance and banking.

He acts for SMEs, start-ups, partnerships, entrepreneurs, investors and shareholders.

Experience

Alastair trained at a leading law firm in Sussex and has worked for international law firms in London and Bahrain. Prior to Devonshires, Alastair was an Associate at a boutique commercial law firm in the west end of London.
