Alex is a Senior Associate in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team.
Alex advises on all aspects of housing management and properly litigation including:
- Service charge disputes
- Fire safety issues
- Residential and commercial forfeiture
- Breaches of lease
- Rights of light disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Trespass
- Restrictive covenant/easements
- Disrepair
- Adverse possession
Alex regularly advises Registered Providers, landowners, developers and has also historically advised private individuals.
Experience
Prior to joining Devonshires, Alex was a member of the real estate disputes team at Bolt Burdon Solicitors. Alex has 7 years’ experience advising private landlords and tenants in all aspects of property litigation.
