Caroline focuses on projects involving infrastructure matters, ranging from public private partnerships (including PFI), asset transfers and joint ventures to estate regeneration development projects. Many projects Caroline has acted on have involved an element of development delivery and service provision. Caroline has worked across sectors including housing, care, extra care, health, specialist accommodation (student and key worker accommodation), leisure, education and energy.
Caroline is experienced in acting for a range of Local Authorities, Registered Providers, charities, not for profit entities, private companies and special purpose vehicles in such projects. Caroline heads up our Infrastructure & Projects Group and our multi-disciplinary Health and Care Team.
Caroline joined Devonshires Solicitors in 2006 and was promoted to Partner in 2012.
Caroline regularly contributes to Projects and Real Estate briefs and publications.
Caroline is noted in the Legal 500 Rankings for our Projects work.
Caroline graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Management, before completing her CPE and LPC at The College of Law, London.
Caroline is a member of Women in Law London which is a network of female lawyers in London offering mentoring opportunities.
Caroline is also a member of the BPF Healthcare Committee.
