Areas of Expertise

Georgia is a Solicitor in our Property Litigation and Housing Management team and Information team.

As part of the Information team, Georgia regularly advises clients on dealing with complex subject access requests, data breaches and general compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

On the HMPL side, Georgia assists clients on contentious matters such as anti-social behaviour and access injunctions and possession claims, and non-contentious matters such as advising on breach of lease issues, regeneration advice and service charge disputes.

Experience

Prior to commencing her training contract in 2023, Georgia worked as a Paralegal in our Construction team. In this team, she regularly advised clients on the merits of construction disputes relating to fire safety defects, water ingress and insurance claims.

Before joining Devonshires, Georgia took on work in the Kent Law Clinic working on immigration and employment cases, assisting with disability discrimination issues and family visa applications.

Personal

Away from the office, Georgia enjoys travelling and getting stuck into activities such as darts, axe-throwing and tree-top climbing with her friends. Her next goal is to handglide over Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro.

In her spare time, Georgia is a passionate foodie, avid traveller and video game enthusiast.
