Matthew works with organisations across the housing sector – registered providers, funders / investors, local authorities and developers – on a broad range of commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.
On the transactional side this includes structuring of investment / funding models, joint ventures, corporate group structuring, public / private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Advisory work includes new registrations, regulatory compliance, governance, subsidy control, grant and HRA matters.
Experience
Prior to joining Devonshires, Matthew was a partner at Bevan Brittan working in the housing market.
