Areas of Expertise

Megan is a Solicitor in the Housing Management & Property Litigation Team. Megan advises on both contentious and non-contentious housing management cases including possession, injunction, and disrepair claims as well as property litigation including advising on lease disputes and interpretation and fire and building safety matters including obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Experience

Prior to commencing her training contract with Devonshires, Megan worked for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association as an in-house Paralegal focusing on housing management including possession, injunction, and disrepair claims. Prior to this, she worked at Speakeasy Law Centre and Duncan Lewis assisting tenants with homelessness applications/ reviews and disrepair claims.
