Areas of Expertise

Mohammed is an Associate in our Real Estate & Projects team and specialises primarily in acting for the firm’s registered provider clients in all residential conveyancing matters including regeneration buy-backs, auction sales, street acquisitions, plot purchases and Right to Buy sales.

Mohammed also engages in drafting and advising on range of other documents including Licence for Alterations, Deeds of Variations and conditional contracts.

Mohammed also works closely with the development sales team and assists with residential site set ups including drafting and advising on shared ownership leases, transfers and sale contracts.

Experience

Mohammed has over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Mohammed worked as a Paralegal for another firm in the City and specialised in high value residential conveyancing and commercial property sales and purchases.
