Experience

Alastair trained at a leading law firm in Sussex and has worked for international law firms in London and Bahrain. Prior to Devonshires, Alastair was an Associate at a boutique commercial law firm in the west end of London.

Outside of work Alastair likes to keep active and enjoys tennis, rugby, skiing and exploring new countries.

Sale of the Pod Group, the world’s first internet of things enterprise network operator, to German security tech company Giesecke+Devrienta. Pod Group was a telecommunications business with a presence in 185 countries.

Sale of independent financial advisors to a national firm of independent financial and tax planners for £8m.
