Alice is a Partner in our Banking, Governance and Corporate team.
Alice qualified into the Banking, Corporate and Governance team in 2014 having completed her training contract at Devonshires. She joined the partnership in 2021.
Alice advises on a wide range of transactions including bank funding, bond issues, private placements, financial due diligence, loan security arrangements and intra-group funding.
Alice also leads the firm’s consumer credit work, advising many Registered Providers and Registered Social Landlords on applications and variations for FCA permissions, managing or avoiding regulation and on the obligations and regimes applicable to FCA regulated businesses.

Alice has joined panel discussions at Devonshires’ Birmingham conference and previously at the NHF Governance Conference speaking about ESG planning and reporting.
Alice delivers regular webinars on consumer credit related matters for housing associations.
Alice graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in English and Philosophy before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP College in Holborn.
Alice enjoys most sports and is on the lookout for her next half marathon. Her enthusiasm for football, and Liverpool FC, is confined to the armchair.
