Andrew is a Partner and tax specialist in Devonshires’ Banking, Governance & Corporate team. He advises on a broad range of UK and international corporate, commercial and real estate tax matters.
Andrew has extensive experience advising clients on the tax aspects of:
- UK and cross-border M&A transactions, including private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations.
- Joint ventures and the tax-efficient structuring of investments in UK real estate and infrastructure assets.
- Financing transactions, including corporate lending, real estate finance, securitisations and other structured-finance arrangements.
- Fund formation and capital raising.
- Management incentive arrangements, share schemes and related employment tax matters.
Experience
Before joining Devonshires in 2026, Andrew held roles with Magic Circle and international City law firms. He began his career in Australia, where he qualified as a lawyer, and also worked with Big Four accounting firms.
