Areas of Expertise

Aoife is known for having exceptional client care and communication skills, effectively managing complex landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession claims and restrictive covenant issues.

She has an excellent track record in mediation and settlement negotiations, successfully settling disputes ranging from substantial service charge claims and restrictive covenant disputes.

She is experienced in handling cases from the county court through to the court of appeal.


Experience

Aoife has over 20 years’ experience as a property litigator, having trained and qualified in the London office of a mid-sized firm before joining the London office of Broadfield (formerly BDB Pitmans) in 2018 where she progressed from Senior Associate to Of Counsel. From these roles, she brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of property litigation, both commercial and residential.

Personal

Aoife is a keen cyclist; at the weekend you will usually find her out in the lanes of Kent trying to keep up with her clubmates. When not on her bike, she can be found with her family, supporting Arsenal Women FC at the Emirates.
