Areas of Expertise

Bethany is a Solicitor in our Construction & Engineering team as well as a qualified architect. She joined Devonshires in May 2025 and works on contentious matters.

Bethany has a Masters degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.


Experience

Prior to joining Devonshires, Bethany worked as a Legal Advisor for a large UK architecture practice where she advised on project and company related issues. Before pursuing a career in law, Bethany worked as an architect at large and small architectural practices.

Bethany studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (Part 1 and 2) and the Architectural Association School of Architecture (Part 3).

Personal

In her free time Bethany enjoys spin classes, tending to her garden and houseplants (with varying degrees of success) and going for walks with her family in the nearby forest.

Bethany was awarded a Career Changer Scholarship by the University of Law.
