Areas of Expertise

Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Banking Team primarily specialising in social and affordable housing finance transactions.

Before qualifying Charlotte worked as a paralegal in our securitisation department preparing properties for charging. Charlotte uses this knowledge and experience when advising on a range of financial arrangements and continues to work closely with the securitisation team.

Prior to joining Devonshires, Charlotte worked as a legal assistant in a top conveyancing firm in Leeds as part of the residential property team.

Charlotte graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a Masters in Law and Practice, which combines the LPC with the traditional LLB degree.

Charlotte enjoys keeping fit and active in her spare time by teaching dance classes, training at the gym and running – hoping to complete her first marathon in 2023. She regularly competes in both dance and fitness competitions.
