Dominic has in-depth knowledge of shared ownership residential plots sales, as well as good contacts within the relevant regulatory bodies.

Dominic concentrates specifically on shared ownership and open market plot sales of residential flats and houses for our Registered Provider clients and their commercial subsidiaries. He has also been involved in drafting client specific bespoke residential lease products, and also advises generally on a wide range of shared ownership related matters.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires Solicitors, Dominic worked as a commercial property lawyer in City law firms, including Simmons & Simmons and Nabarro Nathanson, where he advised on commercial property acquisition and landlord and tenant transactions.

Education

Dominic graduated from Newcastle University with a LLB (Hons), before completing his LPC at the College of Law in York.

Personal

Dominic loves music, and plays drums in an Americana/Country band around the pubs and clubs of London and the South East.
