A little known fact is that Elad is a qualified Ju Jitsu instructor who has previously won a gold medal at a national competition. Elad recently semi-retired from teaching his club to concentrate more on his golf swing, which to date is still in need of practice.

Elad is also a qualified scuba diver and an avid traveller, having travelled to multiple countries including Bali, Thailand, Cambodia, Mauritius, China, Cape Town and Kenya.

Acting for Guinness in the social housing sectors’ largest stock swap comprising of the disposal of more than 1,300 tenanted units being sold with the simultaneous acquisition of over 1,100 tenanted units with more than 1,000 titles across the portfolio’s (value in excess of £250 million).

Acting for a G15 Registered Provider in the disposal of more than a 1,500 tenanted units to another RP including dealing with clawback provisions with the local authority, novation of contracts and splitting titles with a value in excess of £75million.

Acting for a G15 Registered Provider in the acquisition of two tenanted portfolios of circa 1,600 tenanted units and the disposal of circa 180 tenanted units for a total value of circa £190million

Acting for Peabody in connection with the regeneration of the West Thamesmead site for the provision of circa 1750 new residential homes, as well as in excess of 50,000 sq.ft for employment, community, and retail with an estimated gross development value in excess of £450million.
