Emma is a Trainee Legal Executive within the Securitisation team working mostly in the Deed of Variation team to make properties chargeable or uplift the value of properties within charging exercises.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, alongside full-time university Emma worked as a residential assistant in university accommodation being the first port of call for student queries or problems.
