Falak is a Paralegal in our Property Security team, supporting the Deed of Variations team with Section 106 agreements, Transfers and Planning documentation. She has a strong background in residential conveyancing, with experience in Leasehold, Freehold and Share Ownership, sale and purchase transactions. Undertaking Land Registry applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Her experience across conveyancing enables her to provide practical, detail-oriented support while maintaining a proactive and client-focused approach.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Falak gained over eight years of experience in residential conveyancing, acting for a broad range of clients including, first-time buyers, homeowners, investors and developers. She assisted on transactions from instruction through to post-completion, developing strong technical knowledge, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Education

Graduated with Law LLB (Hons) in 2014 from Kingston University

Personal

Outside of work, Falak enjoys reading, painting and variety of arts and crafts, which allow her to express her creativity and unwind. She also enjoys completing puzzles and strategy-based activities that challenge her problem-solving skills and attention to details. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, exploring new creatin projects and spending time with family and friends.

Notable cases

Supported residential conveyancing transactions by preparing contracts, reviewing title information and carrying out Land Registry applications under the supervision of solicitors.

Managed post-completion responsibilities, through to replying to requisitions and dealing with Leasehold notices, Deed of Covenant and Deed of Variations where required.
