Faye specialises in high value, complex, multijurisdictional commercial disputes acting for a range of clients from private organisations and high net worth individuals to companies (national and international) and insolvency practitioners. Her main areas include contract disputes, fraud, technology disputes, professional negligence and general litigation.

Faye is also experienced in advising parties involved in crypto asset disputes and is well versed in asset recovery procedures, including interim actions such as freezing injunctions and enforcement orders.

Her professional background includes both litigation and various ADR mechanisms, such as mediation and arbitration allowing her to provide her clients at every stage with tactical and strategic advice.


Experience

Academically, Faye achieved a First Class Honours in her Law undergraduate degree in Manchester and a Distinction in the LPC (Combined Masters) from The University of Law in Surrey. She has since worked at leading central and accredited London firms specialising in Litigation and international Arbitration.

Notable Cases

Acted in case heard by the High Court of Justice representing cryptocurrency e-commerce giant that faced a multibillion dollar investigation by the Securities Exchange Commissions. Faye sought information required by a Letter of Request for a UK company to determine the legitimacy and potential negligence in the trading algorithms provided.

Acted in a case heard by the London Court of International Arbitration acting for the Claimant, to challenge a fraudulently obtained competing New York JAMS award. The case concerned a shipping arbitration to determine the value or marine commercial vessels, the ownership of company shares and recovery of various investment loans made to the Defendant.

Acted in a £13 million investment dispute in the High Court. The claim concerned the launch and investment into a mineral sands mining project based in Mozambique. Faye represented a high net worth individual, alleging misuse of company funds, fraudulent activity against government officials and affiliated companies.

Acted in a technology and production dispute litigation in the High Court representing the Defendant, a commercial giant company that owned well known global gambling websites. The case alleged the Claimant had been professional negligent, misrepresented its capability and failed to deliver an MVP gambling wallet, which resulted in millions lost in potential revenue.
