Geri Batchelor
Areas of Expertise
Geri specialises in construction dispute resolution, representing parties in adjudication, mediation, arbitration, expert determination and litigation. Geri acts for all groups including developers, housing associations, public bodies, contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals. Geri also provides advice in relation to investigations and enforcement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Experience
Prior to working at Devonshires, Geri was an elite athlete before completing her training at international law firm DWF.
Education
Geri graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP University in Leeds.
