Holly is a Paralegal in our Property Security team.

Holly has also worked on secondment as a Paralegal in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team. 

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Holly worked as an admin assistant at an Estate Agents where she regularly organised brand events with stalls at community festivals and charity days. She was also a viewing assistant when required, showing clients around houses. 

Holly has work experience in IP law at the in-house legal team for global tech firm ‘ARM’, alongside commercial law experience at Steptoe’s London office; focusing on trade law.

Holly worked at Starbucks whilst studying for her A-Levels and Undergraduate degree and continued to work as a Paralegal at Devonshires whilst completing the LPC (LLM) in 2024.

Education

Holly graduated from the University of Law (Moorgate) in 2025, where she studied the LPC (LLM). 

Prior to this, she studied Law (LLB) at the University of East Anglia, graduating in 2022 with a 2:1.

Personal

Outside of work, Holly is an avid West Ham fan. You can regularly find her enjoying a match at the London Stadium where she is a season ticket holder. 

Holly enjoys travelling and has a goal to travel every country in the world.

She is proficient in several musical instruments, holding a Grade 7 in Piano, Grade 5 in Clarinet and can play Guitar and Cello.
