Holly is a Solicitor in our Real Estate and Projects team.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Holly worked as a Legal Administrator at Fladgate LLP. This role entailed providing support to numerous fee-earners across the Property department both for commercial and residential transactions.

Holly later joined the Development Sales team at Devonshires in 2020, where she had a more client facing, fee-earning role. Her day-to-day duties involve acting for several Registered Providers dealing with the sale of shared ownership plots, resales and other related documents. 

Holly has now completed her training contract, having completed her first seat in the Real Estate & Projects team, her second seat in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team, and her third in our Construction team.

Education

Holly attained a degree in Law LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England in 2019. She has also recently completed her LPC at the University of Law in 2023.

Personal

Holly was a dedicated dancer when growing up and completed her Grade 8 Royal Academy of Dance Ballet exam with a distinction. She now enjoys partaking in a range of fitness classes and going to the gym to ensure she maintains a healthy work-life balance. She also loves travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
