Areas of Expertise
Ikram is currently a trainee in the Housing Management and Property Litigation department. Prior to her training contract, as a paralegal Ikram assisted and advised on various issues in relation to Housing Management and Property Litigation. The majority of Ikram’s work consists of advising Registered Providers of Social Housing on Landlord and Tenant issues that can arise. These issues include but are not limited to: injunction and possession proceedings, disrepair, shared ownership leases and breach of leases, right to rent following Brexit and Environmental Protection Act claims and others.
Prior to commencing her training contract Ikram worked as a Paralegal in the Housing Management and Property Litigation Department.
Ikram graduated from City University London with a LLB Law Degree and completed her LPC at University of Law, Moorgate. Ikram also completed the LLM in Employment Law at University of Law, Moorgate.
Ikram enjoys travelling as much as possible in her free time, as well as baking and going to the gym.
