Isobella Deeming

Areas of expertise

Isobella is a Paralegal in our Property Security team, previously specialising in lease extensions, enfranchisements, and litigation and acted for leaseholders, freeholders and lenders.

Experience

Isobella started her career as a Legal Assistant at Brady Solicitors, in their Service Charge and Debt Recovery department. In 2024, she progressed to Paralegal at the firm, in their Litigation, Enfranchisement and Lease Extension team, before joining Devonshires in June 2026.

Education

Nottingham Trent University LLB (Hons) 2024.

Currently completing the LPC Part-time at NTU. 

Personal

Isobella enjoys hiking and running regularly with friends and family (furry ones included), and is yet to explore the Yorkshire Dales. 

Isobella has a newfound enjoyment for learning about physics and the universe and spends her time away from studying for the LPC to explore this.
