Areas of expertise

Jade advises commercial clients, portfolio owners and lenders on a wide range of property transactions. Her work includes lease grants and related landlord and tenant matters, portfolio refinances, and commercial sales and purchases. She also regularly advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions where real estate forms part of the transaction.

Experience

Before joining Devonshires, Jade worked at DKLM Solicitors LLP, where she qualified as a solicitor and specialised in commercial property. She also completed her Solicitors Qualifying Examination and qualifying work experience with DKLM Solicitors LLP.

Education

Jade completed her law degree at the University of the West of England. 

Personal

Outside the property world, Jade is a keen cyclist, an avid reader and tries to attempt reformer Pilates.

Jade is also a lifelong Chelsea supporter, which makes every season eventful.

Advising a lender on an £11 million loan to support a borrower’s financing of a mixed-use property portfolio.

Acting for a landlord entity on the grant of a specialist calisthenics lease, including an agreement for lease conditional on landlord works and planning matters.

Working alongside corporate team members on the property aspects of an asset purchase involving a pharmacy.
