Jo offers expert advice to Partners and other colleagues on a range of HR issues including talent management; restructuring; employee relations; policies and procedures; and performance and reward management.
Jo has over 20 years of experience as a senior HR Generalist within both professional services and the public sector. Her previous employers include Norton Rose Fulbright, Wragge Lawrence Graham, Hempsons LLP and Buckinghamshire New University.
Jo also has previous experience of HR consultancy, having run her own practice. During this time, she advised on a number of complex projects. These included advising on and managing redundancy and TUPE programmes for Nabarro; and writing policies and methodologies for introducing women’s initiatives in a variety of arenas.
Jo graduated from Essex University with a BA (Hons) in Literature and holds a Masters in Employee Relations and Employment Law, for which she received a Distinction and won the Croner prize for that year.
Jo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
