Jo offers expert HR advice to internal and external clients on a range of HR issues including talent management; restructuring; employee relations; remuneration; HR policies and procedures; and Diversity and Inclusion.
Jo has over 20 years of experience as a senior HR Generalist within both the professional services and public sectors. Her previous employers include Norton Rose Fulbright, Lawrence Graham LLP, Hempsons LLP and Buckinghamshire New University.
Jo also has previous experience of HR consultancy, having run her own consultancy practice. During this time she advised on a number of complex projects. These included advising on and managing redundancy and TUPE programmes for Nabarro; and writing policies and methodologies for introducing women’s initiatives for a 2010 manual for Womenlawyers.biz.
Jo graduated from Essex University with a BA in Literature and holds a Masters in Employee Relations and Employment Law, for which she received a Distinction and won the Croner prize for that year.
Jo is a full a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
